Dr. Tip Janvibol is the Founder and Managing Director of Tip & Partners in Cambodia. With over 30 years of legal and business experience, he is a respected figure in the Cambodian legal community. His expertise spans business and customs advisory, dispute resolution, due diligence, and tax advisory, and he is recognized by leading global legal directories as a distinguished practitioner.
He holds a Ph.D. from California Coast University, a Master’s degree from University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Maine at Presque Isle. He also undertook Juris Doctor studies at Commonwealth School of Law and has received numerous advanced legal training certifications from institutions both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Tip has served as a consultant and legal adviser to organizations including the United Nations, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, various ministries, and international organizations such as UNICEF, International Committee of the Red Cross, and United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia. Prior to founding Tip & Partners, he served as counsel at Tilleke & Gibbins, where he advised clients on a wide range of commercial and investment matters.
